Under normal circumstances it can take time to recognize what your wellbeing looks like and since the emergence of the corona virus/pandemic that process has been upended and forced many to distill what that actually means and how to go about it.

Currentely, we are bombarded with “Self” or “taking care of Self” which in and of itself, has actualy become very stressful. In contrast with the pre corona years where so much focus was layered onto the presentation of Self it seemed more important to disregard Self – even selfish to put your Self forward.

How to begin? With your Self. Be courageous and carve out 10minutes of undisturbed time with your Self to just sit. Look outside. Realize your breath and take deep, long breaths. Do – nothing.
